Rule 35
Publishing the list of temporary candidates
(1) According to section 36 and rule 31 of the Act, when publishing the final results, the list according to the order of merit should also be published for the purpose of temporary appointment.
(2) When publishing the list of provisional merit according to sub-rule (1), the names of the candidates included in the interview towards the open competition but who could not be included in the list of alternate candidates and who could not be selected for the interview in the written test but who obtained the pass marks, up to twenty percent of the number of posts demanded based on the order of merit, are included. will have to do. But if there is only one candidate when including the names of up to twenty percent of the candidates, then the names of at least two candidates should be included.
(2a) When publishing the list for the purpose of temporary appointment in accordance with sub-rule (1) or (2), in the case of a post for which there is a practical examination, the name of the candidate who did not pass such examination shall not be included.
(3) Except in the case of sub-rule (3) of rule 36, the list published in accordance with this rule shall be maintained until the result of another advertisement for the same post is published.
